DELIVERY
Delivery costs include packaging and if chosen, secure recorded delivery. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days from dispatch for UK delivery, 7-15 for International deliveries.
If the consignment has not arrived after 7 working days for UK or 15 for International, please contact The Cosmetic House. Consignment weights are calculated automatically, with delivery costs displayed accordingly in the checkout. Delivery costs cover all of UK (excluding Channel Isles), the EU & some Rest Of the World countries. If the consignment weight is greater than the maximum for automatic calculation, no shipping option method will appear in the drop down list. Place the order and contact us for shipping costs. Refunds for cancelled orders due to shipping costs are made in full without delay. The Cosmetic House normally dispatch orders on same or next working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm GMT cannot be dispatched same day. To estimate date of delivery, add this dispatch time to the declared shipping estimate above for the shipping method chosen. The Cosmetic House does not guarrantee a delivery date unless a guarranteed shipping service is chosen and paid for. The Cosmetic House cannot be held accountable for delays in transit. The Cosmetic House will consider refunds for items lost in transit after 10 business days for UK and 21 for International deliveries. Payment Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when you place your order. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order subject to availability of stock at the advertised price. A delivery charge is added as stated in the Delivery Information section on our website. The full cost including shipping is shown before any payment card details are required. Cancellation of Orders Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to reduce a refund by application of a small handling charge where we consider this to be reasonable in the individual circumstances. Delivery Wherever possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receipt, however on rare occasions dispatch time could be longer than this. If you are in a hurry for your order please call or email for an estimated current dispatch time. International buyers can expect extended delivery times subject to location and postal service selected. For orders of greater weight / value a shipping method including signed for at delivery must be chosen. Only small orders will be sent without signature if chosen by the buyer. Customers choosing a shipping method which does not include signed for delivery confirmation are deemed to accept responsibility for pursuing the missing item(s) with the carrier. The Cosmetic House will always provide proof of shipping details. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for packagescels on delivery if signed for delivery method is chosen. Goods not received. UK Royal Mail deliveries:- Notification of non-receipt must be made within 21 days of dispatch date. Deliveries by other carriers:- Notification of non-receipt must be made within 12 days of dispatch date. We do not allow cross-border transactions. Your order must be sent to the same country as your credit card is billed to. Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments. You country may also assign duties or taxes to your order. Per your local law, it is the customers responsibility to pay any taxes or duties assigned on an import. It is the customers responsibility to contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by local customs PRIOR to ordering. We will not refund or accept any liability for international shipments not delivered, lost, refused, delayed, seized, or confiscated due to local customs Return Policy Due to the nature of most of the products listed on this website, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product, unless our returns conditions are fully complied with. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item or for a cash refund, unless the item was perfectly sealed by the manufacturer, confirmed as sealed by us on our website, delivered in this condition, and returned in the same condition. We recommend that you research the stock you wish to purchase to ensure you are satisfied prior to ordering. The Cosmetic House will however consider returns of unopened / unused / untouched items on an individual basis if requested within 7 days of receipt. Receipt date is construed as the estimated delivery date by the carrier unless evidence to the contrary exists. If your order has been damaged in transit or has defects or discrepancies, please contact us immediately, and not later than 2 working days of receipt of the goods. We will NOT refund any opened or used items.

You must receive an acknowledgement from us prior to returning any item(s) to us. Ordered items returned must be returned as a full pack as received by you and cannot be accepted in part pack. The goods are your responsibility until accepted back at our premises so please use a "signed-for" delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
If goods are returned to us outside these conditions or without authorisation from us, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Under any circumstances we will not refund the carriage cost of returning the item back to us. Any refund will be net of any transaction/bank charges incurred by us in the processing of your refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us.
We will NOT issue a refund for any goods that have been opened or used.
We will resolve all issues on an individual basis.

Any claims for carrier damaged or faulty items must be submitted to The Cosmetic House within 2 working days after receipt of your delivery by letter or email to the address below.
The Cosmetic House can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods or defect goods if notified more than 2 working days after the date of delivery. To obtain a refund or replacement of carrier damaged goods, the box and / or shipping materials, and the damaged items must be kept for inspection by the carrier and / or The Cosmetic House. Failure to do so will make a claim against the carrier impossible and hence The Cosmetic House will be unable to recompense the customer. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the returned product. The Cosmetic House will refund your shipping charges for returning items that were damaged in transit of have manufacturing defects. Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including any taxes where applicable and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the UK. We do not supply any testers free of charge. Testers are the regular products quite often in a bottle / packaging marked as a tester. Some items may also be marked not for individual sale.
