I mistakenly ordered an item in the wrong shade, and when I contacted The Cosmetic House they were incredibly helpful and offered a refund if I returned the item, which I did. Not only did they refund the price of the item, but also the postage too, which is incredibly generous of them. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them, or to order from them in the future!
