The formula contains 50% water, for a cooling application, and a fresh feel during wear. It glides effortlessly onto eyes, and stays crease free all day. The shade palette consists of luminous sheers as well as more striking full colour shades. Blend onto the eyelid for a subtle highlight, or layer up the colour to achieve a more impactful colour result.
